Six Sentence Sunday

Over at tumblr there's a tradition of posting six sentences of a WIP that you are currently working on that hasn't been posted yet. I thought of doing it over here too, because why not? This is my first time doing so, so if you have any comments/thoughts/suggestions please let me know! I always get nervous if I get no comments or no indications that people are actually interested.

This is a bit more than six sentences, from a Sherlock WIP that I am working on:

“So where is he now?”

“Give me one good reason why I should tell you that.”  Icy fury laced Mycroft’s tone.  John didn’t blame him for being angry, not one bit.  He replied with the only answer he could, the only honest thing he could say that might go even a little way toward thawing Mycroft’s rage.

“I want to tell him I’m sorry.  For everything.  And that I’d like a chance to make things right, if he’ll give it to me.”

“How many second chances do you think you deserve, Dr Watson?”

“None.  And maybe he’ll refuse to even see me.  But I need to at least try.”

Well quite frankly, I think it's about time they had this conversation; John needs telling. So yes, definitely continue; this alone made me grin.
