Feedback on fic

Are any of my LJ friends interested in reading over a magical realism fic I'm working on?  I was going to individually PM a few people, but I though I would just try it this way first.  It's not really for beta, I just want to share it with some people and see what they think of it, get an initial reaction.  Also I will need brit-picking at some point.  It's still in process.

It's not slash, if that's a concern for anybody.

Thank you so much! This is my first attempt at the genre, so I certainly hope that it's a satisfying read. It's still in process, as I said, so don't expect everything to be revealed yet ;)
