*sob* So beautiful! I really like the line about Sherlock taking his own advice about observing and not just seeing. And I totally agree that three years is way too long...I'm guessing about a year.
So yeah--just absolutely perfect! You did a great job getting into Sherlock's head and seeing just how much of an impact this had on John. Gah, now I'm getting emotional. ;A;
